The Moodie Davitt Report -The Moodie Davitt Report

Rosalie will create the winning chocolate recipes as personalized editions

Do you dream of creating your own chocolate recipe? Or do you have the ambition to show your strengths as a chocolate master? Today, confectionery brand Rosalie’s offers you the chance to bring your ideas to life through an industry competition in association with The Moodie Davitt Report, culminating in the TFWA World Expo in Cannes.

The top three ideas will be submitted to Chef Chocolatier Noel Le Jeune of the Manufacture Belge de Chocolats who will then handcraft the chocolates into a personalized edition. Winners will be announced (and will receive ten gift boxes of their creations as prizes) on each of the first three days of TFWA World Exhibition at Rosalie’s booth, Yellow Village A17.

The Chef Chocolatier of the Belgian Chocolate Factory Noel Le Jeune will have the last word on the winning recipes

The rules are simple:

Create your own dream chocolate recipe. If you are full of ideas, you can submit several recipes, even if only one can be a winner. Your ideas can be submitted at this link.

Collaboration is allowed, so you can team up with your colleague or friends. Candidates must work in the travel retail industry.

The only restriction is that recipes must not contain alcohol or peanuts.

Closing of registrations on Friday, September 9.

By submitting a recipe, you agree that you have no copyright to the ingredients used. The decision of the Maître Chocolatier is final.

The opportunity to have a chocolate recipe created by a chocolate master is rare, as Rosalie brand representative Gerry Murray (of Traveller’s Trove) said: “Our Master Chocolatier will personally create your chocolates by hand. in our kitchens, where high quality chocolates have been made for over 100 years, using our high quality, sustainably sourced couverture chocolate.

“We will package them in an elegant Rosalie gift box personalized with the chosen message. Ten of the Ultimate Custom Limited Editions will be produced for each of our winners.

As noted above, Rosalie’s will announce, taste and celebrate one selected recipe per day at 5:45pm on each of the first three days of the show. If you’re not in Cannes, the company will virtually connect you to the celebration.

Murray said, “We look forward to great recipes, fun, and wish you all good luck and kindness in your endeavours.”
