Ingredients (for 2 people)

* 2 egg yolks

* 50 ml of milk

* 50 ml of coconut milk

* 150 g of chocolate

* Pinch of Stevia (according to your taste for sweetness)

Instructions

* We first heat the pan or boiler, then add milk chocolate to melt it. Then we add coconut milk and turn it into chocolate ganache

* Then add the egg yolks to the base. Make sure to keep stirring, so that there are no lumps or curds

* Add the Stevia to the egg yolks as needed and whisk it as well. it will turn into whipped cream

2. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours / night

* Cover the kadhai with a lid and cook for another 5 to 6 minutes over medium heat, stirring occasionally

* Now add the powdered cardamom mixture and milk, mix well and cook over medium heat for 14 to 17 minutes, stirring continuously

* Add 1 1/2 teaspoon of stevia and mix well

* Serve hot
