Ingredients (for 2 people)
* 2 egg yolks
* 50 ml of milk
* 50 ml of coconut milk
* 150 g of chocolate
* Pinch of Stevia (according to your taste for sweetness)
Instructions
* We first heat the pan or boiler, then add milk chocolate to melt it. Then we add coconut milk and turn it into chocolate ganache
* Then add the egg yolks to the base. Make sure to keep stirring, so that there are no lumps or curds

1. Mix 1 tablespoon of chia seeds in 1/2 cup of whole coconut milk, 1 and a half tablespoon of date paste. Keep stirring with a spoon for 5 minutes until it is completely mixed.
2. Refrigerate for 4-5 hours / night
3. Before serving, garnish with fresh mangoes cut into bite-size pieces and sprinkle with coconut flakes / flakes.

* Now add the powdered cardamom mixture and milk, mix well and cook over medium heat for 14 to 17 minutes, stirring continuously
* Add 1 1/2 teaspoon of stevia and mix well
* Serve hot
