Minnesota teenager killed in crash near Brainerd
Brainerd, MN (KROC AM News) – A teenager was killed Thursday in a traffic accident in northern Minnesota.
The fatal wreckage occurred around 11:00 a.m. in rural Crow Wing County, south of Brainerd.
State Patrol said Cayden Eagle of Isle, 17, was driving at a county road intersection when his vehicle collided with a truck. The state patrol report says he was not wearing a seat belt.
The road the teen was on had a stop sign at the intersection with State Highway 25.
The driver of the truck was Clayton Francis, 49, of Big Lake. He and a passenger were not injured.
