Ingredients

Greek yogurt – 100g

Dates – 2

Protein powder – 1 scoop

Unsweetened cocoa powder – 1 teaspoon

Chia seeds – 1 tsp toasted

Flaxseeds – 1 tsp toasted

Cold-pressed coconut oil – 1 tbsp

Banana – 1

Dried blueberries – 4-5

Muesli- 4-5 tbsp

All the ingredients mentioned above in Chhavi’s post are easily available in any supermarket. Preparing the snack only takes a minute. First, cut the dates into small pieces. Toast the chia and flax seeds, then grind all the ingredients together in a blender-grinder. Then take out the smoothie and pour dried blueberries and muesli over it. Mix smoothie with muesli and blueberries. Your protein snack is ready to serve.
